Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at dynkpickleball@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
